Cancellation and Refund

The cancellation charges vary for every service that you purchase. Under Normal circumstances you will be refunded the cost minus the service charges and cancellation charges as is charged by the end provider.

If payment was received via credit card, the refund will be made to that credit card. If payment was received from your travel agent, the refund will be provided back to that travel agent. 


CANCELLATION POLICY EXCEPTION(S):  If you have purchased a specially priced promotion where the deposit is 100% non-refundable from the point of payment, You are not entitled to any refund, payment, compensation or credit whatsoever of Your deposit under any circumstance if you cancel Your booking.
